Where are properties located?

See map for additional information of locations, one property is closer to Sea World and southern beaches, one property is central and one is NE closer to the world famous San Diego ZOO Safari Park, central beaches (La Jolla Shores, Torrey Pines, Del Mar) and Lego Land

WI-FI?

We have exceptionally fast wifi with download speeds of up to >400 mbps for all properties, and a few with 1 gbps speed. Work remotely? what better to combine the inspiring views paired with giga speed wifi make this the perfect place to knock some work out while watching kids have fun.

Food and Restaurants

All homes have full size kitchen and fully equipped with ovens, micro-wave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and full range or stovetop. There are several amazing restaurants within 5-20 minutes. You can see some of our favorites in the guest manual xxxx

What Discounts are available for amusement parks?

Depending on season, there are options to buy online packages for visiting parks at discounted rates, please contact us and we can provide additional info.

What's your policy for cancellations and rescheduling requests?

100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in, 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in, No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days' notice before your scheduled check-in.
